Our team, made up of the most outstanding of the Cambrils youth school, traveled to the first competition of the Tir Esportiu de Barcelona, ​​which is one of the largest in Europe and the largest in Spain, with around 3,000 members and with a tradition since beginning of the last century.
During the entire trip it did not stop raining heavily and when we arrived at the gallery we were surprised by a big storm, but we were lucky to be the first to arrive at the facilities and we were able to have a parking space for our car in the Club grounds.
During the stay and in the competition we were treated magnificently by the judges and the organization, this Club has 16 firing points in the 10-meter gallery for compressed air and excellent social areas.
On the occasion of this competition, the first of the young promises level this year, the young participants have also been able to wear the new official uniform of our Club, a blue tracksuit with the shield on the front and with the initials CTO Cambrils on the back. back, just as the athletes did in the Generalitat Trophy championships in Granollers, we continue to make City.
The athletes of our club were classified as follows; Pablo García Haro was in first place in CARABINA ALEVIN with 171.3 points. María Antón Gutiérrez was in third place in the CHILDREN’S CARABINA with 327.9 points. Juan Gabriel Rajahmuda Matas and Jaume Coll Roselló in CARABINA CADETE were fifth and sixth with 309.5 and 275.8 respectively.
Our young people continue to prepare at the Cambrils school in the hands of our excellent monitors for the next competition that will take place on May 14 in Manresa.
