On Sunday, June 16, the Catalan Air Rifle Championship took place at the Olympic Shooting facilities, located in Mollet del Vallés (Barcelona). This competition took place at approximately 10:15 in the morning, after a technical failure that delayed the start. We have enjoyed a wonderful day, participation has been large with young athletes from Catalonia. The trophy has been closely contested and the good atmosphere among everyone has been the norm. This competition consists of a preliminary phase of 15 minutes of preparation and 60 shots in a period of 75 minutes concluding the qualifying competition. The athlete Alba Fernández and Juliacs Benavent participated from the Cambrils Shooting Club, achieving 9th place in the semifinals and 5th place respectively in the final. We wish our participants the best in the next competition in the 2024 Catalonia Championship of Young Promises.
