On September 26, 2026, the Cambrils Olympic Shooting Club conducted the 20th Metallic Cartridge Reloading Course. This latest edition of the training program was designed to provide students with the essential knowledge and fundamentals of reloading. The course aims to train and qualify participants, establishing a solid foundation for precision handgun shooting, long-gun rifle shooting, as well as clay pigeon shooting and hunting disciplines. 

-A comprehensive training day:

The course took place over a single day and covered the various scheduled training areas:

Legal, Ballistics, and Practical sections, followed by a final assessment (exam). Through the course, students acquired the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge, supplemented by audiovisual materials, presentations, videos, and official documentation related to reloading. 

-Resources and equipment provided by the Club:

To facilitate the course, the Cambrils Olympic Shooting Club provided participants with the necessary training resources, including: required training materials;

a reloading press with the corresponding tools and spare parts; a training room; and the official documentation required to process each student’s reloading paperwork. 

-Course instructor:

The training was led by Mr. Joan Carreras López, a nationally certified reloading instructor with the Royal Spanish Olympic Shooting Federation. The course operated under the reloading authorization granted to the Cambrils Olympic Shooting Club by the Central Arms and Explosives Intervention Unit of the Civil Guard Directorate General, in compliance with applicable regulations. The course covered the three main training areas—legal, ballistics, and practical—and concluded with the students taking the corresponding assessment test. Nine students participated in this 20th edition, successfully completing the training and receiving the corresponding official certificate of recognition and a diploma of attendance. Following the training session, the participants and the instructor engaged in a pleasant discussion and exchanged views on how the course had gone. The students were unanimous in their positive assessment of the session and the knowledge they had gained. The Club wishes to thank the participants for their trust and interest in this training.
