Last Sunday, November 21, the Generalitat de Fuego Central Trophy took place at the Club de Tir Barcelona facilities located on the Montjuïc mountain. The competition consists of a precision phase that consists of thirty shots in a series of five and in which they have five minutes to fire the five shots in each series. Once the precision phase is finished, the duel phase of thirty shots in series of five begins, where the shot must be fired at a speed target in three seconds and leaving with the arm that carries the weapon in the initial position at 45º, facing the weapon towards the ground, until the target is not turned, starting at three seconds. This competition is framed within the Catalan competitions at the national level of Spain and had a participation of 21 athletes. From our Club, Jordi Balañá, obtained the 5th position in the Senior category. The winner of this edition of the Championship was the athlete from the Girona Shooting Club Lino García Rodríguez, current champion of Spain.
