COMPETITION OF THE XXXI INTERCLUBS CHAMPIONSHIP IN CAMBRILS.
On May 14, 2017, on the occasion of the Interclubs Provincial League, a new appointment was held at the Cambrils Shooting Club facilities for 31 consecutive years attended by the seven Clubs of the province of Tarragona. The Club Montsià de Amposta, Raco d’Homedo de Tortosa, Club de Tir de Flix, Club de Tir La Guixera de Mora de Ebro, Club de Tir d’Alt Camp de Valls, Club Jordi Tarragó de Tarragona and Club de Tir Olímpic Cambrils on different dates and in this order. This competition has closed the last meeting of the League. The event, which had been prepared several days in advance, was opened for the attendees at 8 in the morning. Seventeen shooters from the different clubs participated in the League. Our Club competed with 17 shooters and had an influx of about two hundred guests who could enjoy a free lunch that consisted of a great sardine and the famous Vinyols sausage made to The embers and with additional complements consisting of drink, coffee and desserts for all. Representing the City of Cambrils attended the event, Mrs. Mayor Ms. Camí Mendoza Mercé and Municipal authorities.
The act was a real success with the added fortune of enjoying an excellent time that contributed to the celebration being extended until after two in the afternoon. Attendees effusively congratulated the Organization and were waiting to enjoy in the coming years so important moments for fans of our sport. The results of yesterday and the rest of all the clubs will be celebrated next June 18 with a meal and prize giving to the winners, in Masía Crusells de Reus and the Organizing Club is Jordi Tarragó of Tarragona.
